Order Processing

Please allow 7 working days for your order to be processed. We are a small independent business therefore it can take us some time to dispatch all our orders, however we try our best to ship all orders as soon as possible. During the busy festive season orders can take a little longer to dispatch & be delivered due to the volume of orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, it should take between 3-5 working days to arrive. It can sometimes take longer than this. Royal Mail states that in order for a parcel to be classed as lost it must be 10 days past date of dispatch. If this is the case we will refund your full order. Please select the signed for postage option if you wish to track your parcel.

Local Pickup - Free. Last date for pickup is the 20th of December.

(Social distancing measures are in place and we will contact you to confirm a time with you for doorstep pick up)

Depending on the size/weight of your order the postage will be as follows:

Extra Small parcels Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £2.20

Small parcels Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £4.20 (£3.20 not signed for)

Medium parcels Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £6.30 (£5.30 not signed for)

Large parcels Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £10.00 (£9.00 not signed for)

 

If you order a large quantity of items and your order cannot be processed it may be due to the size, please contact us and we can arrange a suitable postage option!

All orders are delivered with Royal Mail, except for orders that are very large/heavy, we will use the best delivery option for the size of your order.

We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because payment has not been made by the customer or because of unforeseen issues with third party delivery/postage companies.

If you're not in to accept delivery and do not arrange a redelivery from your local post office, your parcel will be shipped back to us after 14 days. We will require postage to be paid again by yourself before re-shipping the parcel back out.

Please note if an incorrect shipping address is supplied, we will be unable to refund or resend your order. If the parcel is undeliverable, and is returned to us, we can resend the parcel if given the correct address and the postage cost is covered by yourself.
